1. 1Find your new employee IDOpening the game again gave you a new account. Its name is on the badge at the top of the menu, such as “Cubicle Gremlin #2259”.
2. 2Write to us from the address you paid withThe one your receipt went to. Tell us that new employee ID, number included.
3. 3We send you a codeIt goes to the address the payment company has for your payment, and nowhere else. That is how we know it is you who paid.
4. 4Reply with the codeJust the six digits. If you did not ask for this, ignore the email and nothing changes.
5. 5Reload the gameYour subscription and packs are now on your new account.

What does not come with it is your old progress: the job title, the flair, the bosses you built. We never open an account for anyone on the strength of an email address. An account holds private things, and that rule is what keeps yours private too.

To save yourself all this next time, keep your recovery link somewhere safe. The next answer says how.

It is the key to your account. There is no password and no email address, so the link is the only way back in, and the only way to move to another phone or computer.

Open Settings and press “Get my recovery link”, then “Email it to myself” so you can find it later. Anyone who has the link can open your account, so keep it to yourself.

If something you paid for did not work, tell us within 14 days and we will put it right or refund it.
